Researcher Delivers Keynote Talk on China Role in Cybersecurity

UNC Charlotte researcher Cheryl L. Brown delivered a keynote talk at the Duke-UNC China Leadership Summit on April 9, titled "China's Evolving Role in Cybersecurity and Hyperconnectedness in the Internet of Things." Other keynote speakers included Joseph Nye of Harvard University and Thomas Christensen of Princeton University.

University Writing Program Seeks Presenters for Writing Conference

The UNC Charlotte University Writing Program's Fall 2016 Writing Conference, "Transcendent Literacies." will take place on October 28, 2016 at UNC Charlotte Center City. Sullivan Presents Jerry Jackson Lecture in the Humanities at WCU

Shannon Sullivan, Chair of Philosophy and Professor of Philosophy and Health Psychology at UNC Charlotte, presented the Jerry Jackson Lecture in the Humanities at Western Carolina University on November 3, 2016. Sullivan spoke on "Good White People," the subject of her acclaimed book of the same name.
