UNC Charlotte provides five free parking spaces adjacent to the McMillan Greenhouse for gardens and greenhouse visitors. These spaces are in Lot 16A. You may park in one of these spaces Monday – Friday if you sign the sign-in sheet inside McMillan Greenhouse, and note your license plate number.
Weekend Parking: Unless a parking space is marked by a sign indicating that it is reserved, you may park in any space on campus for free without a permit.
Walks begin at 1:00 and at 2:00 pm Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019, and will last approximately 45 minutes. These winter walks highlight the wonders of the gardens in the winter. Winter-blooming shrubs, intriguing evergreens, and plants with interesting bark and bright berries will be discussed.
The walks will be led by UNC Botanical Gardens Staff.
