|Parking Details||UNC Charlotte provides five free parking spaces adjacent to the McMillan Greenhouse for gardens, greenhouse visitors. These spaces are in Lot 16A. You may park in one of these spaces Monday – Friday by signing the sign-in sheet inside McMillan Greenhouse, and noting your license plate number.
Weekend Parking: Unless a parking space is marked by a sign indicating that it is reserved, you may park in any space on campus for free without a permit. See visitor parking.
Learn how to identify spring wildflowers of the central and western Carolinas. A combination of classroom instruction and an educational hike through the Van Landingham Glen in UNC Charlotte's botanical gardens will include characteristics of the plant families represented in our spring flora, identification of common spring species, tips for gardening for native spring displays, and interesting facts about history of these plants.
