As part of our Green and Healthy New Year series of workshops, this class on essential oils will get you started crafting your own self-care and beauty products made from plant-based and natural ingredients. The instructor will educate you about the botanical background of some essential oils such as lavender, bergamot, and peppermint, and you will use your knowledge and skills to blend your own signature scent. Students also will create and take home a 4-oz essential oil-diffusing home spray, and 4 oz of either an essential oil blended body oil or body butter!
