In order to accurately draw flowers, an artist must develop a scientist’s critical eye. Learn basic floral structure to guide how you interpret flowers and translate this knowledge to the page. The class will begin in the classroom with hands-on dissection of flowers to investigate and count flower parts. Then we will move to the gardens to draw a flower of your choice.
